We are pleased to announce that we are still accepting poster proposals for consideration to the third annual Rice Data Science Conference (dsconference.rice.edu). The Poster Session, to be held on October 15th at 4-6 p.m., is a unique networking opportunity for students. We expect a large audience from industry (energy, health, space, finance, insurance, transportation, urban, …), academia and national laboratories. The poster session is open to all, but if space becomes an issue, preference will be given to graduate students and postdocs.
If you are interested in presenting a poster featuring your data science-related research and solutions to interesting use-cases, please submit a title, a short poster description (abstract) and a list of people involved with your poster by going to:

We welcome posters that are related to data-driven knowledge discovery, foundations of data science, and applications and use-cases. The conference will be a research, development, and innovation (RD&I) gathering, bringing together university and research labs (technology developers), key industry verticals (technology consumers), and IT industry (technology providers) that are looking at opportunities created by advances in AI, data analytics, machine learning and deep learning.
Deadline: Your poster title and abstract must be submitted for consideration no later than Monday, September 23rd end of day (CDT).
